Wellsville Police issue traffic advisories for Balloon Rally

Traffic Advisory for 7/19 – 7/20/19:  Due to the Wellsville Balloon Rally being held in Island Park, the Wellsville Arterial (Rt. 417/19) will be restricted to one lane near the park entrance.  Through traffic should use W. State St. and S. Main St. to avoid this area.  Between 3p.m. – 10p.m. both days vehicular access to the park will be restricted to those holding a Balloon Rally On-Site Parking Pass and Disabled Parking Permit only on a first come-first serve basis.  Permit holders are asked to use W. Hanover St., off of S. Main St., to enter the park.

 

Traffic Advisory for 7/20/19: Main St. will be closed to vehicular traffic from 6a.m. – 5p.m. between the Pearl St. and State St. intersections.
