Allegany County: Charges filed in quadruple fatal

The lone survivor from a July 27th vehicle crash that killed four teenagers has been charged. The crash happened on County Road 13C in the Allegany County Town of Burns.16-year-old Kelsi Bird of Dansville was charged by State Police with unauthorized use of a vehicle without the owner's consent. She was issued an appearance ticket for court. The charge is a class A misdemeanor. She was also issued a ticket for permitting unlicensed operation.

The vehicle operator, Rebecca L. Earner, 16 of Dansville, NY and three occupants, Ambra E. Eddleton, 16,  Justin D. Carpenter, 14 and Kyrstin L. Wolfanger, 14 all of Dansville, NY, died.
