In 2009, there was a thought...by someone...Route 400 in Erie County that leads you into Buffalo, needed to be extended south to Wellsville. The Allegany County Legislature passed a resolution to that effect which is posted below.
Earlier this month, Allegany County Legislator William Dibble fanned that flames again with this letter:

The issue is on the August 21st agenda for the Allegany County Planning & Economic Development Committee meeting agenda. Item #8.
