On August 23, 2019, at approximately 4:45 p.m. following a complaint from a local business, Cuba Police arrested Tracy M. Robbins, 41, of Friendship. Robbins was charged with Petit Larceny (Misdemeanor). Robbins was processed and released to appear at a later date. Robbins is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
