Bath, NY - On Monday, August 19th at 2:00 p.m., the State Police will be joining the family of Nicholas Clark, and several community leaders for the dedication ceremony naming the Rte. 415 bridge over I-86 in memory of Trooper Nicholas Clark who was killed in the line of duty July 2, 2018.
