Effective September 1st, Walgreens-at least the Wellsville store's-will be changing their tobacco selling policies. Beginning next month, the pharmacy will up the age to purchase tobacco products. Walgreens, locally, will require customers to be age 21 or older to buy cigarettes and related products.
