At 1:31 a.m. Sunday, Allegany County 911 alerted state police there was vehicle traveling in the wrong lane on I-86. The driver was eventually located in the Town of Angelica and taken into custody. Troopers charged 32-year-old Colin B. Vosburg of Freedom with felony aggravated driving while intoxicated, felony DWI, reckless driving, one-way violation on a designated highway, moved from a lane unsafely and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on the highway. Arraigned in court, Vosburg was remanded to the Allegany County Jail. Bail was set at $50,000.
