Sweden Township police arrested Daniel Francis Mcelwee, 59, of Roulette. Police charged him with criminal attempt to lure a child into a motor vehicle and disorderly conduct. The alleged crime occured Friday in Roulette. At 7:45 p.m. Friday, Mcelwee was arraign by Magisterial District Judge Kari McCleaft. She remanded him to Potter County Jail and set bail at $200,000. A preliminary hearing is set for August 26th at 10:30 a.m.
