On September 1, 2019, SP Olean Troopers arrested Jordan T. Wells, 19, of Bolivar, NY for Attempted Criminal Trespass 2nd Degree. Troopers investigating a trespass in progress at a residence on Birch Run Road in the town of Allegany determined Wells had allegedly attempted to enter the residence through a window, but retreated when he realized a male occupant of the residence had seen him. Wells was arrested and issued an appearance ticket for Allegany Town Court, where he is due to appear later this month.
