Former Wellsville man, with extensive history, faces new charges

Wellsville Police Tuesday arrested Chad M. Mulholland, 49, of Rochester, charging him with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd (Class B Felony), Tampering with physical evidence (Class E Felony) and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd.  The charges stem from an incident that took place on May 18th in the Village of Wellsville.  Mulholland was processed and arraigned with his attorney present.  Mulholland was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 property bond.  Mulholland is due back in Wellsville Village Court on November 5th at 4:30 p.m.
