Police report Paige E. Bierman, age 22 of Wellsville was uninjured following a motor vehicle accident early Friday morning (3:34 a.m.) on State Route 248 in the Town of Independence. Bierman was issued traffic tickets for speed not reasonable and prudent, moved from lane unsafely, and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Bierman is due in the Town of Independence Court on October 9, 2019 for further court action. Whitesville Fire and Independence Emergency Squad assisted at the scene.
