Wellsville Police arrested Susan C. Pierce, age 47 of Shinglehouse, PA, charging her with Petit Larceny.  The charge stems from an incident that took place at Tops in Wellsville.  Pierce was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released.  Pierce is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on September 24th at 4:30 p.m.


Wellsville Police arrested Sara L. Carpenter, age 34 of Wellsville, charging her with Endangering the Welfare of a Child.  The charge stems from an incident that took place on West State Street in the Village of Wellsville.  Carpenter was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released.  Carpenter is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on September 24th at 4:30 p.m.
