Alfred State, Wellsville campus: Oktoberfest dinner set for Oct. 24

Alfred State College will host an Oktoberfest dinner from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 24 in the Culinary Arts Building on the Wellsville campus.
The cost of the meal is $17 for adults and $8 for children 10 and under. No reservations will be accepted.
The menu will include:

• Potato beer soup
• Bratwurst with caramelized onion
• Hanchen-schnitzel (chicken schnitzel)
• Roasted brussels sprouts
• German potato salad
• Braised cabbage with salted pork
• Onion tarts
• Spatzle
• Sauerbraten
• Assorted German desserts
