Police charged Robert J. Walsh, age 23 of Wellsville, with moving from a lane unsafely, driving while intoxicated, and driving with a blood alcohol content over .08% Thursday morning after an incident on State Route 248 in Independence. Walsh is due to appear October 23rd in the Town of Independence Court.

Walsh was previously arrested August 29th for DWI and felony vehicular assault following a serious vehicle crash on Helmhold Road in Wellsville.
