In a Public Information Report, authorities said State Trooper Christopher R Gray of Coudersport was driving his 2017 Ford Taurus cruiser westbound on State Route 6 in Sweden Township. A deer entered the roadway and the trooper was unable to avoid the collision. The Crash Report said trooper Gray sustained a suspected minor injury. The Trooper had a lap and shoulder belt in use.
