Hart Comfort House receives donation

Diane Vossler, member of First Trinity Lutheran Church of Wellsville, NY, presented a donation of $500.00 to Scott Swift, director of Hart Comfort House, Wellsville, NY. The church congregation recently had their annual Sauerkraut Supper on Election Day and wanted to give profits from the fundraiser, divided evenly, to three area charities: the Salvation Army for their emergency housing fund; the Trinity Day Care of Wellsville; and the Hart Comfort House. Presentation to Hart Comfort House was held during volunteers' decorating of the Festival of Lights tree on the David A. Howe Library lawn on 11/19/2019. The congregation at Trinity gratefully thanks everyone who attended the sauerkraut sit-down and take-out dinners and made these donations possible. God is good!
