WEDNESDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Southwest winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph possible.

* WHERE...Niagara, Orleans, Erie, Genesee, Wyoming, Chautauqua, and Cattaraugus counties.

* WHEN...From Wednesday morning through Wednesday evening.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines, and may lead to scattered power outages. Unsecured holiday   decorations could also be damaged. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
