State Police investigated after a tractor trailer rolled over on I-86 in the Town of Almond at 8 p.m. Friday. Angelica Fire and Rescue posted this on Facebook:

Friday 11/22/19 at 8p.m. the Angelica and Almond Fire Department's were dispatched to a tractor trailer rollover blocking both westbound lanes of I-86 just east of the West Almond exit. The west bound lanes were shut down for many hours at the Almond exit and traffic was diverted onto County Road 2. One patient was transported to the hospital.

Thank you to the Almond Fire Department, AL-51, Allegany County Dispatch, NYS Police, Angelica PD, NYS DOT, Portville Truck, and IRM.

 

State Police identified the driver as Howard Lynn Hubbard, 49, of Richmond heights, Ohio.
