11/8/19 7:10 pm- Boston-based State police say numerous felony counts have been filed against a Cuba woman during a traffic stop on Olean Road in the Town of Wales. Troopers said the arrested Chelsea M. Shephard, age 28. She was charged with two felony counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child age 15 and under in the vehicle (Leandra's Law), aggravated DWI, DWI-first offense, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, following too close and driving while using a cell phone. She was released to a third party. Court action is pending.
