* WHAT...Heavy snow possible, with some mixed precipitation near the Pennsylvania state line. Total snow accumulations of 6 to 10 inches possible across northern areas where precipitation stays all snow, 3 to 6 inches near the Pennsylvania state line. Ice accumulations of up to a tenth of an inch possible across
southern areas.

* WHERE...The Western Southern Tier.

* WHEN...From Monday morning through late Monday night.

* IMPACTS...Travel conditions will deteriorate during the day Monday, with the heaviest snowfall rates and worst travel from late Monday afternoon through Monday night.
