Allegany County Grand Jury indicts Clarksville teen on murder charges

An Allegany County Grand Jury this week indicted a Clarksville teenager on two counts of second-degree murder. 17-year-old William "Billy" Larson Jr. has been accused of killing his parents in early November at their home on Cortney Hollow Road in Clarksville. The teen was also indicted on charges of attempted arson, two counts of concealment of a human corpse and three counts of tampering with physical evidence. He will be arraigned in county court on those charges on February 24th at 11 a.m.
