Pennsylvania State Police have released information about a vehicle crash Sunday involving two Wellsville residents. It happened on Gold Road in Genesee Township. Troopers said 26-year-old Jaclyn M. Casale was driving northbound when her vehicle went out of control, entered a ditch and then struck a tree. Neither the driver nor a passenger, 30-year-old Daniel M. Butler, were injured. Troopers charged Casale with failing to operate at a safe speed.
