...PATCHY DENSE FOG ACROSS HIGHER TERRAIN...

Patchy dense fog will continue on the hills across the western Southern Tier, and also southern Erie and Wyoming counties early
this morning. Visibility will be reduced to less than a quarter mile in a few locations in fog and patchy drizzle. Temperatures
will also hover near freezing on the hills, which may result in a few slick spots on untreated roads.

Across the valleys, visibility will generally be much better and temperatures will also remain just above freezing.
