A Shinglehouse is facing criminal prosecution following his arrest last night by Pennsylvania State Police. 23-year-old Dakota James Caskey was charged with Failing to register with state police as a sex offender and failure to provide accurate registration information. Both are felony counts. Arraigned in District Court at 9:15 p.m. Tuesday, Caskey was released on $50,000 unsecured bail. A preliminary hearing is set for March 31st.
