MARCH 20, 2020 HORNELL, NY - Steuben Trust Company will close all branch lobbies and operate solely through available drive-thru windows starting Friday March 20, 2020, due to the evolving situation of COVID-19.
Branch locations without drive-thru capabilities will be closed to customer traffic. Staff will be on hand to answer phone inquiries and process night-drop and ATM’s.
Our goal is to maintain the highest level of customer service possible during this time. Appointments to enter the branches may be made by calling the branch or via online through www.SteubenTrust.com.
John Eagleton, President and CEO commented, “The health and safety of our customers, employees and communities is our main priority and we wanted to take a proactive step in limiting the potential spread of this virus. We will accommodate our customer’s needs to the best of our ability. We encourage customers to use our online and mobile banking tools that are available 24/7.”
