Murder investigation continues in Allegany County
A woman is dead and her husband was taken into custody Friday afternoon during a homicide investigation. The ugly scene unfolded near 4216 Holdridge Road in the Town of Allen. Area neighbors said the family dog was also killed. State Police processed the scene for hours Friday. The investigation is continuing and a more formal statement from State Police is expected at some point Saturday.
