Obituary: Arlouine M. “Lou” HUTCHINSON, 85, of Scio
Arlouine M. “Lou” HUTCHINSON, 85, of Scio, NY, died Monday, May 18, 2020 in her home surrounded by her loving family. Born December 15, 1934, in Wellsville, she was the daughter of Fayette and Mildred Beabout Morse. On May 26, 1973, in the Christian Temple, Wellsville, she married Raymond W. Hutchinson, who predeceased her on August 21, 2014. A graduate of Wellsville High School, she was employed by Alfred State College for 26 years as a secretary in many different departments. Lou was a member of the Christian Temple and the Women of the Moose, Wellsville Chapter #248. Surviving are: four sons, Al (Betty) Hugar of Wellsville, Larry (Norma) Hugar of Scio, Tim Hugar of Scio, and Wesley Hutchinson of St. Petersburg, FL; two daughters, Angela (Ricky) Freeman of Wellsville and Cynthia Hutchinson of Casper, WY; 21 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; a sister, Jeanie (Larry) Woodworth of Hornell; nieces and nephews; and her best friend, Ada Cavagna of Shongo. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by five siblings, Harold, Theo, Leo, Neva, and Robert. Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Cremation was at Olney-Foust Crematory. Memorials may be made to the Friends of the Allegany ARC Foundation, 50 Farnum St., Wellsville, NY 14895. Arrangements are under the direction of Mulholland-Crowell Funeral Home, Wellsville.
