Countless crimes were solved based on his skill. He wasn't just a lawman; He was a community leader. Jim led the former Allegany County Office of Emergency Services Rescue Squad, which later merged with Wellsville Ambulance. He was a familiar voice on the radio, but not just public safety services...Cicirello was an amateur radio operator (aka ham radio).
