An Allegany County grand jury has so far indicted 3 of 8 men accused of savagely beating to death Nicholas Burge in his Wellsville Main Street apartment. His body was then dumped into the Genesee River. A grand jury could consider the case against a juvenile suspect as soon as Friday. Grand jury action is pending against the others. Dylan L. Coomer, 26, Brandon J. Poehmel, 21, Howard M. Burroughs, 41, of Wellsville were indicted on murder and other counts.
