A Coudersport man is facing numerous charges for two separate crimes in Potter County. 35-year-old Kirk Grant Padilla was charged by Coudersport Borough police with stalking and two counts of disorderly conduct for an incident Wednesday. Arraigned in District Court last night, he was remanded to Potter County Jail on $10,000 bail. In a separate case from Monday, Sweden Township police charged Padilla with making a terroristic threat, simple assault, false imprisonment and harassment with physical contact. A judge set an additional $10,000 bail.
