Coudersport-based Troopers on Wednesday arrested Shawn James Schaar, 31, of Knoxville, PA. He was charged with felony criminal trespass for allegedly breaking into a structure in Hector Township. He was also charged with damaging property. Arraigned in District Court, the judge set bail at $20,000 unsecured. A preliminary hearing will be held September 21st.
