State Police have filed additional charges in the murder of a Wellsville man in his North Main Street apartment in March. On Wednesday, State Police charged Richelle L. Kyser, 28, of Wellsville with first-degree gang assault. Troopers also added a new charge against Kristopher E. Delill, 38, of Wellsville, second degree felony assault. Both remain in the Allegany County Jail. Eight people are facing murder or other charges in connection with the death of Nicholas Burge. Investigators said the victim was tied to a chair and brutally beaten. His body was later dumped in the Genesee River. The eight defendants all face serious felony charges…some have been charged with murder, kidnapping and more.
