Pennsylvania State Police Thursday night arrested Andrew Michael Wenrich, 25, of Ulysses. He was charged with flight to avoid apprehension/trial/punishment. Arraigned in District Court, he was remanded to Potter County Jail when he couldn't post $5,000 bail. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for September 8th at 11 a.m.
