Wellsville Police arrested Cindilou E. Bouton, age 50 of Wellsville, charging her with DWI, Unregistered motor vehicle, Inadequate or no stop lamps and No/Inadequate lights.  The charges stem from a traffic stop on Park Avenue in the Village.  Bouton was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released.  Bouton is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on November 10th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Jason M. Becker, age 33 of Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Contempt 1st (Class E Felony) and Harassment 2nd.  The charges stem from an incident that took place on Pleasant Street on September 18th.  Becker was processed and arraigned via Skype before Allegany County Court Judge Parker.  Becker was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $10,000.00 cash bail or $20,000.00 property bond.  Becker is due back in Allegany County Court on September 24th at 11:00 a.m.
