Wellsville Police arrested Alan R. Glover, age 57 of Wellsville, charging him with Petit Larceny.  The charge stems from an incident that took place at Giant Food Mart.  Glover was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released.  Glover is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on September 28th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Matthew M. Glassmire, age 20 of Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th (Class D Felony), Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument and Criminal use of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd.  Glassmire was located by the New York State Police on the Back River Road in the Town of Amity and held for Wellsville Police.  The charges stem from an incident that took place on East Fassett Street on August 23rd.  Glassmire was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released.  Glassmire is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on November 3rd at 4:30 p.m.
