Wellsville Police arrested Jarrette R. LaFlash, age 35 of Wellsville, charging him with Assault 2nd (Class D Felony), Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd (Class D Felony) and Making a Terroristic Threat.  The charges stem from an incident that took place on Pleasant Street in the Village.  LaFlash was arraigned via Skype by Allegany County Court Judge Brown.  He was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $10,000.00 cash bail or $150,000.00 bond.  LaFlash is due back in Allegany County Court on September 24th at 11:00 a.m.
