Complete Obituary: Gerald H. Kibbe, 82, of Harrison Valley, PA

Gerald H. Kibbe, 82, of Harrison Valley, PA, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 22, 2020 in Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital, Wellsboro.  

Born August 14, 1938, in Harrison Township, he was the son of Eddie and Ada Cary Kibbe.  On September 14, 1957, in Harrison Valley, he married the former Donna M. Miller, who survives.  He was employed by Cowanesque Valley Iron Works for 42 years.  Gerald was a member of Bingham Center Bible Church.  

Surviving besides his wife, Donna, are:  four children, Bradley (Brenda) Kibbe of Knoxville, Douglas (Tammie) Kibbe of Harrison Valley, Cindy (Scott) North of Harrison Valley, and Melanie “Missy” (Bryan) Norwood of Honey Brook;  14 grandchildren;  12 great-grandchildren;  three brothers, Edwin Kibbe, Leon (Donna) Kibbe, and Roger (Sue) Kibbe, all of Harrison Valley;  nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by two sons, David Lynn Kibbe and Chris LeRoy Kibbe;  a daughter, Annette Laurie Nitko;  a granddaughter, Megan Lynn North;  and two sisters, Bernice M. Easley and Marieda Space.  

Friends may call at Olney-Foust Funeral Homes & Crematory, Ulysses, PA on Sunday, October 25, 2020 from 2:00 – 4:00 PM.  CDC and PA Department of Health guidelines apply.  Funeral Services will be private.  Pastor Harold Kiel will officiate.  The service will be livestreamed on the funeral home website at the bottom of Gerald’s obituary page.  Burial will be in the Whites Corners Cemetery.
