10/23/20 6:40pm- State Police arrested Kevin D. Collier, 41, of Portville. He was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance-7th.

10/23/20 9:26pm-While on patrol in the Village of Arcade, State Police arrested Christopher J. Miller, 33, of Olean. He was charged with felony first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, felony DWI, resisting arrest, fleeing police in a vehicle and circumventing an ignition interlock device.
