 10/4/20 2:10am- State Police arrested Dustin J. Leitzell, 30, of Scio. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and having a blood alcohol content above .08%. The charges stem from an incident in the Village of Wellsville.

10/3/20 10:41am- After investigating an incident in the Town of Allegany, State Police arrested Jonathan J. Johnson,33, of Cuba. He was charged with felony fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and three counts of 7th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was released on his own recognizance.
