 10/4/20 11:15pm- State Police arrested Jennifer L. Newton, 35, of Shinglehouse, PA. She was charged with felony driving while intoxicated and misdemeanor driving with a blood alcohol content above .08%. The DWI charge was elevated to a felony because she has a previous conviction within the last ten years. Troopers said the arrest was made following an incident in the Village of Wellsville.
