Obituary: Samuel Washburn, 72, LeRoy

Samuel WASHBURN, 72, of LeRoy, NY, died Monday, November 2, 2020 in Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester, NY.  

Born March 20, 1948, in Springville, he was the son of William and Jennie Akin Washburn.  Sam enjoyed working on the family farm in Stafford.  Surviving are:  two nephews, Christopher (Dawn) Chase of Scio and Lynn (Sheryl) Chase of Dayton, OH.  In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Linda;  and a sister and brother-in-law, Sally and George Chase.  Memorials may be made to LeRoy Manor, 8678 Lake Street Road, LeRoy, NY 14482.  

Arrangements are entrusted to Mulholland-Crowell Funeral Home, Wellsville.  Online condolences may be expressed at www.wellsvillefuneralhome.com.
