Pennsylvania certified its election results Tuesday. All 67 Pennsylvania counties submitted election results and after certification by the Secretary of the Commonwealth, Gov. Tom Wolf signed the Certificate of Ascertainment for President-elect Biden. The governor said election officials "worked tirelessly to ensure Pennsylvania had a free, fair and accurate process that reflects the will of the voters." Joe Biden beat President Trump in Pennsylvania by about 81,000 votes.
