WELLSVILLE — A contract for fire protection service to the liking of the village, town and the Wellsville Fire Department doesn’t appear to be waiting under the 2020 Christmas tree. A matter of contention for several years, Town Supervisor Shad Alsworth brought up the issue at this week’s meeting of the town council.
