Coudersport-based State Police arrested 65-year-old Michael F. Slifko of Galeton. He was charged with ten felony counts of prohibited possession of a firearm and lesser counts of marijuana possession and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. Arraigned at 7 p.m. Wednesday by District Judge Christopher Kalacinski, Slifko was released on $25,000 unsecured bail. A preliminary hearing will be held December 28th.
