Allegany Co. Democratic Committee seeks Candidates for Local Office

Belmont, NY --- The Allegany County Democratic Committee is currently scheduling information sessions for persons interested in running for local office.  

In 2021 voters will be asked to elect numerous town supervisors, town clerks, highway superintendents, assessors, justices, and councilpersons, as well as certain village mayors and trustees. In addition, all fifteen county legislature seats will be decided in November as will the county judge and county treasurer.  

The Allegany County Democratic Committee offers information and training to potential candidates, as well as resources to support campaigns.  Interested candidates may contact the committee for more details.
