Cuba man arrested for DWI in Carrollton

On January 19, 2021, SP Olean Troopers arrested Joseph King III, 26, of Cuba, NY for Driving While Intoxicated.

During a traffic stop on U.S. Route 219 in the town of Carrollton, Troopers determined King had been operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. He failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. King was then arrested and transported to SP Olean, where a chemical breath test revealed him to have a 0.13% BAC.

King was released with appearance tickets for Carrollton Town Court, where he is due to appear later this month.
