TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations of
  up to two inches, followed by light ice accumulations of less
  than one tenth of an inch.

* WHERE...Warren, McKean and Potter Counties.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 4 PM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Tuesday morning commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
