2/2/21 4:55pm- After investigating a fraud complaint in the Town of Allegany, State Police arrested Cody A. Brown of Friendship. He was charged with felony fourth-degree grand larceny involving property valued at over $1,000. After and incident in the City of Olean, he was also charged with two felony counts of possession of a forged instrument. He was released on his own recognizance.
