 2/1/21 7:40pm- After investigating a domestic dispute in the Town of Alma, State Police arrested John R. Krohn, 26, of Wellsville. He was charged with criminal mischief. He was issued an appearance ticket for court.

2/2/21 2:35am- During a traffic stop in the Village of Belmont, State Police arrested Kevin E. Smith, 38, of Belmont. He was charged with obstructing governmental administration and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Troopers also arrested Brittany L. Shaffer, 28, also of Belmont. She was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Both were issued appearance tickets for court.

2/1/21 2:11pm- After investigating a sex offense December 8th in the Town of Scio, State Police arrested Dakota M. Jones, 23, of Wellsville. He was charged with felony second-degree rape involving a victim under age 15 as well as endangering the welfare of a child. He was arraigned and remanded to the Allegany County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond.
