2/4/21 1:55pm- After investigating a domestic dispute in the Town of Granger, State Police arrested Joseph J. Cygan, 76, of Granger. He was charged with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury. He was released on his own recognizance.
2/4/21 1:55pm- An obscenity complaint in the Town of Bolivar July 15, 2020 has ended with an arrest. Tristin L. Weidman, 24, of Belmont was taken into custody and charged with felony possession of an obscene sexual performance by a child. He was issued an appearance ticket for court.
2/4/21 2:43pm- State Police arrested Andrew M. Machuga, 26, of Corning following a domestic dispute January 2nd in the Town of Bradford. He was charged with felony second-degree burglary and felony first-degree criminal contempt with physical contact. He was initially detained.
2/4/21 10:14am- During a traffic stop in the Town of Caton, State Police arrested David R. Aebersold of Corning. He was charged with felony driving while ability impaired by drugs (previous conviction in ten years), ten counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic instrument and criminal use of drug paraphernalia involving scales. He was released on court appearance tickets.
